Residential Support Staff - Full-Time, 2nd Shift

Role: Adult Residential Support Professional (2nd shift) responsible for providing supervision, support, and positive role modeling to residents in a substance use treatment facility. Key Responsibilities Supervise and support residents, promoting recovery and personal growth.Build professional relationships while maintaining boundaries.Observe, document, and report behaviors and progress.Assist residents with treatment goals, daily activities, and life skills groups.Respond to emergencies, monitor medication, and conduct urinalysis and breathalyzer tests.Support with meal prep, transportation, and household tasks.Maintain confidentiality and communicate professionally.Attend meetings and trainings, perform additional duties as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or GED.Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to pass background and medical clearances.Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.Ability to maintain professional boundaries.Preferred: experience in substance use or behavioral health, relevant coursework, or DHS 83 training.
