Adult Residential Support Professional in a Substance Use Disorder treatment facility, providing care, support, and treatment to residents.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and support residents
- Maintain records
- Provide positive role modeling
- Perform housekeeping
- Monitor medication
- Assist with life skills, meals, and transportation
- Respond to emergencies
- Support treatment plans
- Facilitate educational activities
- Ensure confidentiality
- Adhere to policies and safety protocols
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Related experience or coursework in social services preferred
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to meet auto insurance requirements
- Effective communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to handle physical demands and outdoor work
- Flexibility for travel
