About the role
Calyx Living is actively seeking energetic 3rd Shift Care Staff for our assisted‑living community located in beautiful Wakefield, just off Capital Boulevard in North Raleigh. The position is immediate hire.
Responsibilities
- Assist and provide direction to residents with personal‑care needs
- Monitor self‑administration of medication
- Ensure resident hygiene
- Obtain and record residents' vital signs
- Maintain safety of residents
- Complete incident reports
- Assist with meal services
- Observe residents for any changes in condition
Qualifications
- Caregiver experience strongly preferred
- Compassion and a desire to work with seniors
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents and families
- Ability to adapt to each resident and setting
- Reliable, responsive, and attentive
- 18 years or older with demonstrated maturity
- Must be available to work weekends
Schedule
3rd shift; weekend availability required.
