Resident Care Staff 1st & 3rd shift

Responsibilities

• Assist with resident’s activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, ambulation, as well as providing accountability for all care services provided.
• Aid in meal preparation and serve meals, snacks, and beverages as needed.
• Maintain safety and security for residents’ physical and emotional wellbeing.
• Promote resident independence by providing quality care in accordance with current standards, principles, and regulations.
• Report any changes in a resident’s condition to the supervisor.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience or training in a related field is preferred.
• Proven ability to work with a team to provide compassionate and quality care.
• Demonstrated ability to use sound judgement and make decisions in accordance with good clinical practice.
