Residential Support Professional

Role: Adult Residential Support Professional Responsibilities: Provide care, support, and monitoring to residents in addiction treatment and restorative justice programs. Assist with daily activities, document behaviors, support treatment plan goals, administer medications, respond to emergencies, lead educational activities, and facilitate resident transport. Also responsible for housekeeping, meal prep, basic first aid, and maintaining confidentiality in communication with external partners. Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required; coursework toward a bachelor's in social work, psychology, or related fields preferred. Prior experience in similar settings is advantageous. Must demonstrate strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills. Valid driver’s license preferred, with required background checks. Training in fire safety, first aid, and medication administration preferred or required. Skills & Requirements: Effective verbal and written communication, basic computer skills, physical ability for active tasks, and adaptability to outdoor and community settings. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a community-based environment. Key Duties: Support residents, monitor behavior, maintain records, assist with daily living, administer medications, lead group activities, and ensure safety and well-being of clients.
