Residential Support Professional

Role: Adult Residential Support Professional – Dayshift Responsibilities: Provide compassionate, recovery-focused support to adults with mental health or substance use challenges, assist with daily living skills, medication management, and healthcare needs, facilitate group activities, transport residents, document progress, and promote independence through role modeling. Help de-escalate crises using non-restrictive techniques and perform household tasks like cleaning and shopping. Participate in team meetings and training. Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required; experience in mental health, crisis services, or human services preferred; college coursework in Social Work, Psychology, or Human Services a plus; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred; ability to pass background and health screenings. Skills & Key Duties: Compassion, dependability, crisis intervention, communication, documentation, and teamwork. Location: Based at two nearby facilities, with flexibility to work at both.
