About the role
Support residents in a trauma-informed, gender-specific recovery program for adult women, including those with infants.
Responsibilities
- Provide supervision and positive role modeling
- Assist with medication management
- Maintain accurate, confidential records
- Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping
- Support daily living skills
- Respond to emergencies
- Transport residents to appointments and community resources
- Collect urine samples and administer breathalyzer tests as needed
- Attend required staff meetings and training
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with professionalism
- Compassionate and respectful approach to residents
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record
Qualifications
- Preferred experience in human services, behavioral health, or substance use recovery
- DHS 83 training or completion post-hire preferred
Schedule
Part-time, every other weekend, with a weekly staff meeting
Pay
$17.75/hour
