Residential Support Professional

About the role

Support residents in a trauma-informed, gender-specific recovery program for adult women, including those with infants.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and positive role modeling
• Assist with medication management
• Maintain accurate, confidential records
• Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping
• Support daily living skills
• Respond to emergencies
• Transport residents to appointments and community resources
• Collect urine samples and administer breathalyzer tests as needed
• Attend required staff meetings and training

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently with professionalism
• Compassionate and respectful approach to residents
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record

Qualifications

• Preferred experience in human services, behavioral health, or substance use recovery
• DHS 83 training or completion post-hire preferred

Schedule

Part-time, every other weekend, with a weekly staff meeting

Pay

$17.75/hour
