Role: Adult Residential Support Professional (Part-Time) in Oconomowoc, WI Responsibilities: Support and supervise residents, providing positive role modelingAssist with medication monitoring and administrationMaintain accurate, confidential documentationPrepare meals, perform light housekeeping and laundrySupport daily living skills and treatment goalsRespond to emergencies and crises appropriatelyTransport residents to appointments and community resourcesCollect urine samples and administer breathalyzer tests as neededAttend staff meetings and complete training Qualifications: High school diploma or GEDExperience in human services, behavioral health, or substance use recovery preferredStrong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skillsAbility to work independently while maintaining boundariesCompassionate, patient, respectful approach to diverse populationsValid driver’s license, reliable transportation, acceptable driving record Additional info: DHS 83 training preferred; local travel may be required (25–50%).
