About the role

This role provides support, supervision, and positive role modeling to residents in a trauma-informed, gender-specific recovery program for adult women, including those with infants.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and administer medications
• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation
• Assist with daily living skills, meal preparation, and light housekeeping
• Respond to emergencies and crisis situations
• Transport residents to appointments and community resources
• Collect urine samples and administer breathalyzer tests
• Participate in staff meetings and training

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Preferred experience in human services, behavioral health, or substance use recovery
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record

Skills

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently while maintaining professional boundaries

Pay

$17.75/hour

Schedule

• Part-time position
• Every other weekend
• Weekly staff meeting
• Local travel expected based on program needs
