About the role
This is a home in the Concord area supporting 3 adult women.
Responsibilities
- Support in promoting independence, creating a safe environment, and providing companionship to clients in a residential home setting.
- Aid clients with activities of daily living and medication administration.
- Support and assist with household tasks such as light housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry.
- Accompany individuals on outings such as daily activities, appointments, and community events.
- Follow each individual's care plan.
- Complete required daily documentation.
- Perform other duties as needed or assigned.
Qualifications
- One year of relevant work experience working with high need/high risk population in the human services field.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance.
Pay
$24 hourly
Schedule
Full-time, 40 hours/week Monday - Wednesday and Saturday 3pm-11pm Friday 7am-3pm
