About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our direct care team at Berkshire Meadows. We offer multiple services and programs for individuals with complex and significant medical, intellectual, and developmental differences.

Compensation

The pay range for this position is $19.00 to $25.00 per hour. The listed range reflects what we reasonably and in good faith expect to pay for this role at the time of posting the position. The actual compensation an employee is offered may vary based on several factors such as experience, education, licensure, certifications, and qualifications.

Schedule

3PM-11PM

Due to the nature of our work and the youth who are depending on us, there are times where overtime may be mandated.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years or older.
• A high school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred.
• Be able to establish clear professional boundaries, work as a team member and consistently implement all policies and procedures, rules and regulations of JRI.
• Background and driving record checks will be performed.
