Residential Support Counselor

About the role

This is a home in the Hooksett area supporting 3 adult men.

Responsibilities

• Promote independence
• Create a safe environment
• Provide companionship to clients
• Aid in activities of daily living
• Assist with medication administration
• Support and assist with household tasks
• Accompany individuals on outings
• Follow each individual's care plan
• Participate in required daily documentation
• Perform other duties as needed or assigned

Qualifications

• One year of relevant work experience working with high need/high risk population in the human services field
• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance

$24 hourly

Schedule

Tuesday – Saturday 7am-3pm, 40 hours/week
