Residential Studio Director

Duties

• Leading our current residential design studio in Davidson, NC
• Engaging with our existing staff and developing a strong working relationship
• Understanding their existing roles and responsibilities
• Developing additional business opportunities outside of the existing builders and networks
• Establishing an in-house Interior Design scope of work that we can offer to our existing and future clients

Requirements

• 15-20 years of overall experience within the residential market
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Sketching and conceptual design capabilities that can be communicated to potential clients as well as team members
• Willingness to travel frequently and as needed to engage the current team
