Residential Director
About the role
The ACCS Residential Director at Aspire Health Alliance in Quincy combines administrative and leadership duties to ensure the smooth operation of community-based residential sites for adults with mental illness and substance use issues.
Responsibilities
- Manage staff and ensure quality service delivery
- Maintain the physical environment
- Budgeting and compliance with DMH licensing regulations
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans
- Offer consultation on effective rehabilitative strategies
- Foster strong relationships internally and externally
- Adhere to all policies and procedures, including guidelines for cell phone usage
- Temporarily cover one or more Aspire Residential sites during the leave of a Residential Director
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Services, or a related field (preferred)
- Valid driver’s license in good standing, driving experience, and a solid driving record
- Access to a personal vehicle
- CPR, First Aid, and MAP certifications
- 2+ years of supervisory experience in human services
- Knowledge of community-based treatment, funding sources, and treatment regulations
- Flexible team player who can lead and motivate staff
- Eager to grow and learn in this role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bilingual skills and/or experience with multicultural populations (highly desirable)
- Strong computer skills and the ability to use an electronic health record system for clinical documentation

Pay
Compensation is based on candidate experience, qualifications, and certifications and licenses. Annual ranges listed are based on a full-time, 40 hours per week position. Salary Range $60,000 - $75,000 USD.
Schedule
This role includes on-call responsibilities for designated site(s) throughout the week and alternating weekends.
