Pay: $57,000 to $62,000 per year
Schedule: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm

New Haven serves adolescent girls (ages 13–17) and their families through trauma-informed, relationship-based care. With campuses in Spanish Fork and Saratoga Springs, we offer a warm, home-like setting that blends therapeutic support with accredited academics. Our focus areas include trauma recovery, family systems, emotional regulation, and mental health.
Responsibilities
- Direct and manage mentors and supervisors in your house, fostering a supportive and effective team.
- Reward employees for exceptional work and delegate responsibilities to keep the team running smoothly.
- Collaborate with HR to hire the best talent, provide thorough orientation for new hires, and offer ongoing training.
- Conduct regular evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and discipline staff as needed.
- Join weekly treatment team meetings, conduct safety drills, manage budgets, and ensure your house is clean and welcoming.
- Keep parents updated on their child's progress, needs, and expectations through frequent communication.
- Execute treatment team decisions to ensure the best therapeutic outcomes for our students.
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in a residential treatment center or similar environment (preferred).
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred, not required).
- Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Must pass a drug screen and criminal background check.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build healthy relationships.
- Skilled in de-escalation, CPR, and First Aid.
- Able to model and teach positive values.
