About the Role
The Merrimack Center is an Intensive Residential Treatment Program for adolescents that specializes in trauma informed care. The Merrimack Center provides 24-hour comprehensive care including a school on site, a full clinical staff, nursing staff, and direct care staff.
Responsibilities
- Oversight of the Residential Department with the Senior Residential Department members
- Care and treatment of our clients
- Ensuring all Residential systems are being followed and completed on a daily basis
- Providing on-call coverage
- Leading residential meetings and trainings
- Runs residential shifts when needed
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age
- Bachelor's degree is preferred
- 3-5 years in a Supervisor/Management role in a residential or mental health program required
- On-call responsibilities, at times you will be required to work overtime
- Maintains valid driver’s license as transporting clients is required
Qualifications
Must have a valid driver’s license as transporting clients is required.
Skills
Must have the ability to provide physical interventions and verbal de-escalations to provide the safest therapeutic atmosphere for our clients.

Pay
The pay range for this position is $60,000 to $77,000 per year. The listed range reflects what we reasonably and in good faith expect to pay for this role at the time of posting the position. The actual compensation an employee is offered may vary based on several factors such as experience, education, licensure, certifications and qualifications. This range may be modified in the future. Due to the nature of our work and the youth who are depending on us, there are times where overtime may be mandated.
