Residential PT DSP: Fri, Sat, Sun 3p-9p, 18 Hours Weekly

About the role

UCP Heartland is seeking compassionate and committed Residential DSPs (Direct Care Professionals) for a part-time position supporting people living with disabilities. This role offers a positive, team-driven work environment.

Schedule

• Location: Des Peres
• Days: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
• Time: 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM each day
• Weekly hours: 18 hours
• Note: All shifts are awake shifts

Responsibilities

• Provide physical assistance with daily tasks
• Assist with personal hygiene and facilitate fun activities
• Follow medical orders and administer medications
• Provide choices to clients for their daily activities, entertainment, and community outings

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Successfully complete and maintain assigned driver's training
• Minimum of one weekend shift per weekend
• Experience supporting individuals with disabilities or in a customer service field
• Ability to take direction and work with minimal supervision
• Ability to consistently work in a professional, cooperative manner with all agency clients and personnel
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Computer proficiency
• Reliable transportation

Training

This position requires 5–7 days of mandatory training at our corporate office, Monday through Friday, 8:45 AM – 4:30 PM.

Pay

$21.00/hour
