PT DSP: Mon, 8a-3p, Fri, 830a-3p, Sat 9a-3p, 19.5 Hours Weekly

About the role

UCP Heartland is seeking compassionate and committed Residential DSPs (Direct Care Professionals) for the following shift. UCP Heartland offers a positive, team-driven work environment at $21.00/hour.

Schedule

• Monday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Friday: 8:30 AM – 3:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• 19.5 hours weekly

Responsibilities

• Provide physical assistance with daily tasks
• Assist with personal hygiene
• Facilitate fun activities
• Follow medical orders and administer medications
• Provide choices to clients for their daily activities to provide entertainment and community outings

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license
• Clean driving record
• Successfully complete and maintain assigned driver training
• Minimum of one weekend shift per weekend
• Experience supporting individuals with disabilities or in a customer service field
• Ability to take direction and work with minimal supervision
• Ability to consistently work in a professional, cooperative manner with all Agency clients and personnel
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Computer proficiency
• Reliable transportation
• Must complete 5–7 days of mandatory training at the corporate office (Monday–Friday, 8:45 AM – 4:30 PM)
• All UCP Heartland schedules/shifts are awake shifts
