Capstone Realty Professionals is a top-rated Phoenix real estate brokerage and property management company with over 15 years of experience. We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for property owners and tenants
• Build strong relationships through excellent communication and service
• Determine market rents through rental analysis and comparable research
• Coincordinate and oversee maintenance requests and vendor communication
• Enforce lease agreements professionally and consistently
• Manage tenant expectations, concerns, and conflict resolution
• Cooordinat property turns and move-out processes
• Protect and improve the owner experience through proactive communication
• Support teammates and contribute to a positive, collaborative culture

Requirements

• Active Arizona Real Estate License
• Residential property management experience
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
• Excellent verbal communication and phone skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Experience using spreadsheets and technology platforms

Preferred

• AppFolio experience
• Experience managing a portfolio of residential properties
• Proven success handling difficult conversations and resolving issues professionally
