Residential Project/Sales Managers
CertaPro Painters of Belleville, a veteran-owned company, is seeking enthusiastic Residential Project/Sales Managers to join our team!
Responsibilities
- Provides a 5-star experience from the beginning to the end of every customer interaction
- Collaborates with potential customers to understand their painting needs and build lasting relationships
- Manages painting projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget
- Conducts one-on-one consultations with customers to provide customized proposals
- Communicates with customers regularly to provide updates and ensure satisfaction
- Promotes our brand through community events and marketing tactics
- Attends regional or national training conferences to stay up-to-date on industry trends
- Maintains accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system
Qualifications
- Ambition & Drive
- Prior sales experience in the construction or painting industry helps but is not required
- A valid driver's license with a decent driving record
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

- We are ONLY looking for someone who desires to earn a minimum income of $60,000 to a targeted $100,000+ per year!
