Base Salary: $65,000-$85,000, plus performance bonuses
This is a unique role that combines sales, estimating, and project management into one rewarding position. Rather than handing projects off after they're sold, you'll remain the primary point of contact throughout the entire customer journey.
Responsibilities
- Meet with company-provided homeowner leads to understand their goals and recommend practical remodeling solutions.
- Develop accurate scopes of work, estimates, and proposals that align customer expectations with project requirements.
- Build trust through consultative sales conversations and confidently guide homeowners through project decisions without high-pressure tactics.
- Manage remodeling projects from contract through completion by coordinating subcontractors, materials, schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
- Keep homeowners informed throughout every stage of the project with proactive, professional communication.
- Manage project documentation, change orders, and scope adjustments to protect customer satisfaction and company profitability.
- Partner with office and production teams to ensure projects remain organized, efficient, and on schedule.
- Help improve company systems and processes as we continue to grow.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in residential remodeling or home improvement.
- Enjoys building lasting relationships with homeowners.
- Understands how remodeling projects are actually built—not just how they're sold.
- Can balance multiple projects while staying organized and detail-oriented.
- Communicates professionally, even when navigating budget discussions or unexpected project challenges.
- Takes ownership, follows through, and enjoys being measured by results.
- Wants to grow with an established company rather than simply manage another project.
Qualifications
- Experience in residential construction, remodeling, or home improvement is required.
- Sales, estimating, or residential project scoping experience is strongly preferred.
- Ability to lead subcontractors, manage schedules, and coordinate multiple active projects.
- Strong understanding of scope management, budgeting, and change orders.
- Comfortable using CRM software, email, digital documentation, and project management tools.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Schedule
