About the role
We seek to appoint a seasoned Residential Sales agent that will be responsible for delivering landmark developments in the heart of Newcastle CBD.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional outcomes for developers and purchasers alike
- Convert enquiry into sales
- Drive project success
Qualifications
- Up to date Licence
- Proven experience in a similar Project Marketing or general agency role
- Ability to service leads and enquirers to exceed business sales objectives
- Strong networking and building strong stakeholder relationships
- Drive to close deals with a tenacious attitude
Requirements
- Exposure to selling off the plan apartments
- Understanding of the drivers for various types of buyers (investors, owner occupiers, downsizers, first home buyers)
- Motivation to hit monthly targets
- Strong knowledge of the Newcastle residential market
