Residential Program Manager

About the role

As a Program Manager, you will oversee group home training, supervision, and scheduling for Certified Support Providers (CSPs), ensuring a positive and compliant environment. You’ll play a key role in guiding your team, ensuring adherence to Oregon Administrative Rules and OSHA guidelines for client services, record maintenance, and quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Support CSPs in securing staff placement
• Provide clerical support
• Manage documentation to keep client training and records up-to-date and accurate
• Lead efforts to improve the quality and consistency of care provided to clients

Requirements

• A minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience in Developmental Disabilities/Mental Health or a combination of education and experience
• An associate's or bachelor’s degree in Human Services or a related field
• Satisfactory employment history and State criminal background check
• A valid driver’s license with a good driving record and active vehicle insurance

Qualifications

• Competitive pay starting at $52,000 annually
