Residential Manager - Capital Region

About the role

Wildwood Programs is a provider of educational, residential, employment, and other community-based supports to people with disabilities and their families. The Residential Manager position is full-time, salaried, and typically operates on a M-F schedule but may require on-call responsibilities for emergencies.

Requirements

• At least 1 years' supervisory experience in a Group Residential setting working with individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities is required
• PREFERRED 1 years' management experience in a Group Residential setting working with individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities
• A high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• A valid NYS driver's license and ability to drive
• Driving record acceptable for agency insurance coverage
• Medication Administration, First-Aid, and CPR certification or eligibility for certification
• SCIP-R certification based on program need

Qualifications

• Education & Experience: At least 1 years' supervisory experience in a Group Residential setting working with individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities is required; PREFERRED 1 years' management experience in a Group Residential setting working with individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities
• Additional Requirements: A valid NYS driver's license and ability to drive and driving record acceptable for agency insurance coverage are required. Medication Administration, First-Aid and CPR certification or eligibility for certification. SCIP-R certification based on program need.

Benefits

Salary range: $62,353 - 73,424/yr based on experience
