About the role
Easterseals PORT Health, a non-profit service provider in North Carolina & Virginia, is seeking a compassionate, caring, and dedicated fulltime Residential Regional Manager to lead a team of caregivers across multiple group homes in your assigned region.
Responsibilities
- Provide supervision and oversight of the team in your assigned region of Residential Group Homes.
- Hiring, training and development, supervision and monitoring, compliance over staff and individuals served are essential components of this role.
- Ensure quality services for home residents and collaborate with Managed Care Organizations (MCOs) on requirements.
- Travel monthly to each of the 10 group homes in your region and provide after-hours/weekend on-call support.
- The Western Region comprises MH/IDD adult group homes with a case load of 10 sites/managers.
- The region spans from High Point, NC to W. Jefferson, NC.
- Hours: 40hr work week with flexibility to meet program needs to include evenings and weekends.
- Accessibility during normal business hours on weekdays and 24/7 on-call support.
Requirements
- Strong clinical skills, working knowledge of residential management including facilities maintenance and inspections; budget and financial management.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to lead and coach others remotely.
- Proof of Bachelor’s Degree from an approved accredited institution with a psychology or social work focus.
- Must meet the qualifications for a NC mental health qualified professional.
- Must have 5-7 years of Residential Management experience with multiple locations.
- A valid driver's license, a good driving record, and current auto insurance.
