Residential Manager
About the role
As a Residential Manager at Devereux Pocono, you will oversee one or more group homes, ensuring staffing requirements are met. You will manage operations, deliver support to staff, and comply with safety and licensing standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide on-call and on-the-floor support to fill staffing requirements.
- Manage individual and group home finances, schedule staff, conduct monthly meetings, and ensure compliance with safety standards and licensing requirements.
- Deliver ongoing support, training, and development to staff working in the group home.
Requirements
- Minimum of two years of progressive responsibility in a community/residential setting supporting people with disabilities.
- At least one-year supervisory experience in a residential treatment setting.
- Computer literacy and ability to learn computer functions.
- Valid driver’s license and good driving history.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED (minimum requirement).
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Physical requirements: Walking, standing, stooping, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs, operating vehicles, performing CPR, First Aid, and Crisis Prevention/Intervention.
- Must be free of substance abuse and maintain a zero-tolerance policy for abuse.

Pay
Competitive pay starting at $57,910 annually, with an additional $1.50 per hour for those with an active NADSP Frontline Supervisor Certification, totaling $3,120 annually.
Schedule
Flexible work schedule to accommodate evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts as needed.
