Residential LPN

About the role

WORK Inc. is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) fluent in American Sign Language (ASL) to support its Deaf Services residential programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide nurse case management and clinical oversight
• Conduct nursing assessments and support medication administration (MAP)
• Perform MAP audits and ensure compliance
• Deliver staff training and support
• Cookout with caregivers and assist with discharge planning

Requirements

• High level of autonomy
• Assess individual needs
• Implement appropriate interventions
• Support residential staff

Qualifications

• Current Massachusetts LPN license
• MAP certification or ability to obtain
• Valid driver’s license
• ASL fluency required

• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team

• $33.00 per hour

Schedule

• 37.5 hours per week
