Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Full-Time, 40-Hour Position | Residential Program. LADACIN (Lifetime Assistance for Developmental and Challenging Individual Needs) has been serving individuals with developmental and physical disabilities for more than 75 years. As a nonprofit agency, our mission is to provide a continuum of care including educational, therapeutic, social, residential, and support services to infants, children, and adults with complex physical and developmental disabilities or delays. Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and health-related support to adults with developmental and physical disabilities
• Monitor participant health status and communicate concerns appropriately
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and records
• Collaborate with program staff, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members
• Respond appropriately to medical needs and emergencies
• Ensure compliance with all agency policies, healthcare regulations, and safety procedures
• Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and professional development opportunities
• Maintain participant confidentiality and uphold professional nursing standards

Requirements

• Current New Jersey Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required
• Experience working with individuals with developmental or multiple disabilities preferred
