About the Role

This temporary position is located at 1311 US HWY 301 South, Wilson, NC 27893 (Wilson County) with NC School for the Deaf Eastern. This is a flex schedule position that works Sunday-Thursday.

Responsibilities

• Care, supervision, and welfare of students in a residential setting
• Assist students with additional needs such as other health impairments, multiple disabilities, and/or behavior issues
• Provide personal hygiene, behavioral management, socialization, and leisure activities
• Assist with weekend transportation and field trips to ensure the safety of the students

Qualifications

Minimum Education and Experience: High school or General Educational Development (GED) diploma and two years of experience in an age-appropriate childcare setting or a goal-oriented setting; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Pay
