Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and process residential lease agreements, renewals, amendments, and terminations.
- Maintain accurate tenant files, lease records, and property management databases.
- Monitor lease expiration dates and coordinate renewal communications with tenants.
- Verify tenant information, rental rates, concessions, and lease terms for accuracy.
- Track occupancy, move-ins, move-outs, and resident transfers.
Must have experience working at a Property Management Office.

- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
