About the role
The Residential Leasing Administrator is responsible for managing all aspects of leasing and tenant relations for a portfolio of residential properties.
Responsibilities
- Screen and interview potential tenants
- Prepare lease agreements and manage renewals
- Handle move-in and move-out processes
- Respond to tenant inquiries and complaints
- Manage maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution
- Conduct periodic rent reviews and communicate changes to tenants
- Ensure compliance with local housing regulations and company policies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in property management or leasing
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Qualifications
- Knowledge of local housing laws and regulations
- Experience with property management software
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
