About the role
The Residential Service & Growth Manager will be responsible for growing residential service revenue, developing customer relationships, supporting service operations, driving recurring revenue initiatives, and helping establish the systems and processes necessary to scale the division.
Responsibilities
- Grow residential service revenue
- Develop and expand referral relationships
- Generate repeat business opportunities
- Build relationships with homeowners, property managers, realtors, and community contacts
- Leverage personal customer relationships to drive new business
- Support local networking and business development efforts
- Serve as a primary point of contact for residential customers
- Conduct customer consultations
- Evaluate customer needs and service opportunities
- Build long-term customer relationships
- Resolve customer concerns professionally
- Cook up residential service activities
- Schedule and dispatch operations
- Improve booking conversion rates
- Increase average service ticket values
- Maintain service performance metrics
- Boost operational efficiency
- Promote customer membership enrollment
- Increase customer retention
- Support recurring revenue initiatives
- Strengthen customer lifetime value
- Aid in recruiting and onboarding future service personnel

- Utilize ServiceTitan, Podium, HubSpot, Scheduling Pro, and customer communication platforms
Qualifications
- Colorado Residential Wireman License
- Minimum 3 years residential electrical service experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Proven ability to build customer relationships
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Valid Colorado Driver’s License

Compensation Package
- Base Salary: $65,000–$80,000 based on experience, licensing, leadership ability, and demonstrated growth potential
- New Revenue Growth Bonus: Earn a percentage of residential service revenue generated from personally developed customer relationships and referral sources
- Membership Growth Bonus: Bonuses paid upon achieving recurring customer membership milestones
- Quarterly Growth Bonus: Based on revenue growth, gross profit performance, customer retention, and new customer acquisition
- Customer Experience Bonus: Based on online reviews, customer satisfaction, and repeat business metrics
- Advancement Opportunity: As the residential division grows, opportunities may include Residential Service Manager, Residential Operations Manager, Division Leader, Profit Participation Opportunities, and Senior Leadership Roles
