Electrical Service Manager Bardi Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, Electrical | Norcross, GA Residential Electrical Bardi Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, Electrical is looking for an experienced Electrical Service Manager to lead and grow our residential electrical service team. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows the electrical trade, understands the residential service business, and knows how to develop technicians while driving strong operational and financial results. As Electrical Service Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day performance of the electrical service department, including technician coaching, revenue performance, customer experience, quality of work, safety, and overall team accountability. What You’ll Do Lead, coach, and develop a team of residential Service ElectriciansDrive department performance around revenue, average ticket, conversion, memberships, callbacks, and other key service KPIsConduct regular ride-alongs, coaching sessions, one-on-ones, and performance reviewsTrain technicians on technical skills, customer communication, service processes, and presenting solutionsSet clear expectations and hold the team accountable for performanceReview daily and weekly department results and develop action plans when performance is below goalPartner with Dispatch, Customer Service, Sales, Install, and other departments to create a strong customer experienceEnsure jobs are completed safely, professionally, and in accordance with applicable electrical codes and company standardsHelp resolve escalated customer concerns and technical issuesAssist with recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and developing new electriciansIdentify opportunities to improve processes, productivity, profitability, and technician capacityMaintain appropriate staffing levels to support company growthBuild a culture centered around accountability, development, teamwork, and taking care of the customer What We’re Looking For Strong experience in residential electrical servicePrevious leadership or management experience in the electrical, HVAC, plumbing, or home-services industry strongly preferredStrong understanding of residential electrical systems, troubleshooting, repair, replacement, and code requirementsProven ability to coach and develop service techniciansComfortable managing KPIs, revenue goals, and individual technician performanceStrong communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to have difficult conversations and hold employees accountable while maintaining a positive team environmentHighly organized and able to operate effectively in a fast-paced service environmentExperience with ServiceTitan is a plusValid driver’s license and acceptable driving record What Success Looks Like You’re not just keeping the department running — you’re building a stronger team.
