Responsibilities
- Case management of one individual
- Collecting and recording of data regarding daily performance of individuals supported by the Adult Supports Division in defined instructional and behavioral areas
- Supervising instructional activities in the residence and community settings
- Monitoring of all aspects of the health and safety of individuals assigned to the residence
- Safely transport individuals to scheduled recreational activities within the community
- Ensure their comfort and well-being during transit, maintaining a supportive and respectful atmosphere
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- MAP (Medication Administration) certification must be obtained within the first three months of employment
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
Pay
$2,000 Sign On Bonus!

Sunday 9a-11p; Mon-Wed 3p-11p (38 hours)
