Responsibilities

• Create a warm welcome: Greet residents and guests with an upbeat and professional attitude
• Respond to resident needs: Provide information, resolve concerns, and handle inquiries with care and efficiency
• Support daily services: Answer phones, retrieve packages, mail, and faxes, and coordinate resident requests
• Ensure safety and security: Monitor building activity, report concerns, and assist in emergency situations

About the Role

Candidates who are familiar with the property's facilities, operations, and local business environment may be well-positioned to contribute quickly in this role. Experience at this property or comparable familiarity with hotel operations is a plus.
