Waldorf Astoria Park City is an award-winning Forbes 4-Star boutique property featuring 150 rooms, 4,000 square feet of banquet space, and three food and beverage outlets. The hotel offers elevated comfort food inspired by mountain regions worldwide, including a 3-meal restaurant, seasonal pool restaurant, and in-room dining. As a Concierge, you will create unforgettable experiences for guests while working in an environment that values kindness, creativity, and authenticity.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns
• Provide recommendations and handle arrangements for dining, transportation, events, tours, and local attractions
• Coordinate special services such as medical care, childcare, floral delivery, and other personalized guest needs
• Manage guest communications, including receiving and delivering messages, mail, packages, and faxes
• Support VIP guests with seamless registration and elevated service
• Promote hotel offerings and encourage the use of hotel services and programs
