Residential Doorperson - Waldorf Astoria Miami Beach

Responsibilities

• Support seamless arrivals and departures: Greet arriving and departing guests, manage traffic flow at the lobby entrance, and assist with luggage tag and tracking.
• Read luggage tags, issue claim tickets, and ensure accurate handling and delivery of guest items.
• Handle guest items with care: Retrieve, transport, store, and organize guest luggage, packages, and boxes from vehicles and luggage storage areas.
• Cook up a welcoming atmosphere: Coordinate transportation needs by arranging taxis or other guest transportation services upon request.
• Delight our guests: Bring an upbeat and friendly attitude to all guest interactions, respond promptly to inquiries, and resolve any issues in a friendly, efficient manner.

Qualifications

• A passion for spreading the light and warmth of hospitality.
• Experience at this property or comparable familiarity with hotel operations is a plus.

About the Role
