Residential Care Worker I
About the role
MaineHealth Behavioral Health provides transitional residential treatment for adults across 12 programs from York to Belfast. As a Residential Care Worker, you will support residents' daily lives as they build skills, adhere to treatment plans, and foster community connections that promote recovery and reduce stigma.
Responsibilities
- Support residents in their daily activities
- Implement and monitor treatment plans
- Facilitate community connections and reduce stigma
- Work Tuesday through Friday, 10:30 p.m. to 8:30 a.m.
Requirements
- Current certification as an Active Certified Residential Medication Aide within 1 year of hire
- Current certification as a Mental Health Rehabilitation Technician 1 (MHRT 1) within one year of employment
- Valid Driver’s License preferred
- Experience working in a residential setting preferred
