The role of an Adult Residential Support Professional involves providing compassionate, trauma-informed care in a residential treatment setting for adult women recovering from substance use disorders.
Responsibilities
- Support residents’ recovery
- Monitor residents’ well-being
- Administer medications
- Assist with daily tasks
- Maintain confidentiality
- Respond to emergencies
- Facilitate educational or life skills activities
- Transport residents
- Collect specimens
- Attend training
- Perform additional duties as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Preferred experience in human services or behavioral health
- Coursework in related fields
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Professionalism
- Valid driver’s license
DHS 83 training is preferred but can be completed after hiring.
Schedule
2nd shift, including every other weekend.
Pay
$17.75/hour.
