About the role
Provide compassionate support in a trauma-informed residential treatment program for adult women recovering from substance use disorders, including mothers with infants.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living tasks
- Monitor resident well-being
- Administer medications
- Document observations
- Respond to emergencies
- Support residents in achieving treatment goals
- Transport residents
- Facilitate educational activities
- Collect urine specimens
- Maintain confidentiality
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience in human services or behavioral health is preferred
- Coursework toward related degrees is desirable
- Strong communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong teamwork skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Training such as DHS 83 is preferred but can be completed post-hire
Schedule
2nd shift, including every other weekend.
Pay
$17.75/hour
