About the role
Adult Residential Support Professional responsible for providing daily support and encouragement to residents in a trauma-informed recovery program for adult women recovering from substance use disorders, including mothers with infants.
Responsibilities
- Support residents’ recovery
- Monitor residents’ well-being and document observations
- Administer medications
- Assist with daily tasks
- Respond to emergencies
- Transport residents as needed
- Facilitate activities
- Maintain confidentiality
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Experience in human services or behavioral health preferred
- Coursework in related fields is a plus
- Strong communication, problem-solving, teamwork, and independence skills are essential
- Valid driver’s license required
- Training in fire safety, first aid, and medication administration is preferred but can be completed after hire
Schedule
Second shift schedule including every other weekend.
Pay
$17.75/hour.
Additional Details
Local travel up to 50% required; attendance at staff meetings and training is required.
