About the role
Adult Residential Support Professional (2nd Shift) in a trauma-informed recovery program for adult women with substance use disorders, including mothers with infants.
Responsibilities
- Provide daily encouragement and support to residents in their recovery
- Monitor residents’ well-being and document observations
- Administer medications as directed
- Assist residents with daily tasks and activities of living
- Respond to emergencies and provide appropriate care or intervention
- Transport residents to appointments or other necessary destinations
- Collect specimens for testing as required
- Facilitate therapeutic and recreational activities
- Attend required trainings and professional development sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Experience in human services preferred
- Coursework in related fields is a plus
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license required
- DHS 83 training preferred (can be completed post-hire)
Schedule
Primarily on the second shift from 3:45 p.m. to 12:00 a.m., including every other weekend. May require local travel up to 50%.
Pay
$17.75 per hour
