Residential Care Worker (High School Diploma OK)

We are seeking compassionate Adult Residential Support Professionals to join a trauma-informed residential treatment program for adult women recovering from substance use disorders. This role involves providing daily support, encouragement, and structure in a safe environment, helping residents build healthy, sober lives. Responsibilities include monitoring resident well-being and documenting observationsadministering or monitoring medicationsassisting with meals, housekeeping, and daily tasksresponding to emergencies and crisessupporting residents' treatment goalstransporting residents to appointments and activitiescollecting specimens and facilitating educational or life skills activitiesattending staff meetings and training Qualifications include high school diploma or GEDpreferred experience in human services or behavioral healthstrong communication and teamwork skillsability to work independently and maintain professionalismvalid driver’s license; DHS 83 training preferred but can be completed post-hire Travel within the community may be required. The role offers a pay rate of $17.75/hour.
