Residential Care Worker - Full-Time

Role: Adult Residential Support Professional (2nd Shift) in a trauma-informed recovery program for adult women recovering from substance use disorders, including mothers with infants. Responsibilities: Support residents' recovery, monitor well-being, document observations, administer medications, assist with daily tasks, respond to emergencies, facilitate activities, transport residents, collect specimens, and attend trainings. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required; experience in human services preferred; coursework in social work or related fields a plus; strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills; ability to work independently and maintain boundaries; valid driver’s license; DHS 83 training preferred but can be completed post-hire. Additional info: Local travel may be needed. Compensation is $17.75/hour. The role involves supporting residents in building healthy, sober lives within a safe environment.
