Residential Care Worker - Full-Time

Role: Adult Residential Support Professional responsible for supporting women recovering from substance use disorders in a trauma-informed residential program. Key Duties Provide daily support, encouragement, and structure to residentsMonitor and document resident well-being and progressAdminister or supervise medication intake per policiesAssist with meals, housekeeping, laundry, and daily tasksRespond to emergencies and crises appropriatelyTransport residents to appointments and community activitiesCollect urine samples and conduct breathalyzer tests when neededFacilitate educational and life skills activitiesMaintain confidentiality and accurate documentationAttend staff meetings and training sessionsPerform other assigned duties Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or GED requiredExperience in human services, behavioral health, or residential care preferredStrong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skillsAbility to work independently and maintain professional boundariesValid driver’s license with acceptable recordFire Safety, First Aid, and Medication Administration training preferred but can be obtained post-hire Additional Information: The role involves local travel within the community and requires a compassionate approach to support residents in their recovery journey in a safe, respectful environment.
