Residential Care Worker - Full-Time

Role: Adult Residential Support Professional (2nd Shift) in a trauma-informed recovery center for adult women and mothers with infants recovering from substance use disorders. Responsibilities: Support residents' recovery by providing daily encouragement, monitoring well-being, administering medications, assisting with daily tasks, maintaining confidentiality, responding to emergencies, facilitating activities, transporting residents, and documenting observations. Attend staff meetings and trainings, and perform additional duties as needed. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required; experience in human services or behavioral health preferred. Coursework in social work, psychology, or related fields is a plus. Must have strong communication, problem-solving, teamwork skills, and the ability to work independently. Valid driver’s license required; DHS 83 training preferred but can be completed after hire. Additional Info: Local travel may be necessary. Compensation is $17.75/hour. The position involves working 2nd shift, including every other weekend.
