Residential Care Worker - Full-Time

Role: Adult Residential Support Professional (2nd Shift) in a trauma-informed recovery center for adult women recovering from substance use disorders, including mothers with infants. Responsibilities: Support residents' recovery by providing daily encouragement, monitoring well-being, documenting observations, administering medications, assisting with daily tasks, maintaining confidentiality, responding to emergencies, facilitating activities, transporting residents, collecting specimens, and attending staff trainings. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required; experience in human services or behavioral health preferred; coursework in social work or related fields a plus; strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills; ability to work independently; valid driver’s license; DHS 83 training preferred but available after hire. Additional Info: Local travel may be necessary; includes every other weekend work; pay is $17.75/hour.
