Residential Care Worker - Full-Time

Role: Adult Residential Support Professional Responsibilities: Support residents in their recovery, monitor well-being, document observations, administer medications, assist with daily tasks, respond to emergencies, facilitate educational activities, transport residents, collect specimens, and attend trainings. Maintain confidentiality and support residents in achieving treatment goals. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required; experience in human services or residential care preferred; coursework in social work or related fields advantageous. Must have strong communication, problem-solving, teamwork skills, and the ability to work independently. Valid driver’s license required; DHS 83 training preferred but can be completed after hire. Additional info: Local travel may be needed (up to 50%). The role involves working on the 2nd shift, including every other weekend, with pay at $17.75/hour.
