Residential Care Worker - Full-Time

Seeking compassionate Adult Residential Support Professionals to join a trauma-informed recovery program for adult women recovering from substance use disorders. Responsibilities include supporting residents' recovery, monitoring well-being, administering medications, assisting with daily tasks, and maintaining confidentiality. Additional duties involve responding to emergencies, facilitating educational activities, transporting residents, collecting specimens, and attending staff meetings. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, with preferred experience in human services, behavioral health, or residential care. Coursework in social work or related fields is advantageous. Skills required are strong communication, problem-solving, teamwork, and professional boundaries. Valid driver’s license and DHS 83 training are preferred but can be completed post-hire. Local travel may be necessary. Compensation is $17.75/hour for 2nd shift hours, including every other weekend.
