Pay Grade: SGS01
Salary Range: $33,280 - $49,254
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide support to residents/patients in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Assist with daily living activities as needed.
- Monitor and document resident/patient behavior and progress.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Communicate effectively with residents/patients, families, and other staff members.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Knowledge and Skills
- Knowledge of residential care practices and procedures.
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents/patients, families, and other staff members.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- One year of experience in a related field, such as social work, counseling, or healthcare.
- Current CPR certification.
- Ability to pass a background check.
Licensure/Certifications
- State of Arkansas license/certification required.
